"Not a significant source of protein"??

I bought these colombian sausages the other day at the supermarket and they taste friggin awesome. Now it says on the package that each link has 20g of protein, which is very nice. BUT, it also says "Not a significant source of protein"/

20h per sausage sounds significant to me, is the protein quality so bad that number of grams is misleading?
