Well hell... I originally used your lipostim product but went away from it because you wouldn't tell me how much caffeine it had (you did the "large cup of coffee" thing). I watch my caffeine intake because I can accidentally get strung out on it and get headaches when I miss my fix.

I just recently bought Lipostim3 and tried it thinking I'd use it as my once-in-a-while stimulant (like I use 5-hour energy). If you're caffeine-free now, I'll change over and it will be my every-morning supplement.

I'm doing one + 81 mg of aspirin first thing in the morning. Thinking about adding a lunch one, but I'm taking a 20 mins nap after each workout (yeah, it's fantastic).
