The Ketogenic Diet by Lyle McDonald

I was wanting to pick up this book to just have a nice reference, but can't find it at any local bookstores or at Amazon for sale. I tried Barnes and Nobel, as well as Josepth Beth Booksellers. Anyone have any ideas on where to order it that might have it in stock?

if you read the mr.x-newsletters and all the other information about ckd and tkd on the net, you will not find much additional value in this book.
