How long can you store a "mixed" protein shake?

Will mixed protein (like Whey) stay fresh for several hours mixed with water or milk? Sometimes I take it with me to work in the fridge of course, but I heard it should be mixed then drank "Immediately"

Yeah a couple of hours should be fine....keep it cool though

if kept refregerated up to 48 hours is fine. however I would not add creatine to them as it will not remain stable and will alter the taste of the drink.
