My wife is a model (runway). She is very thin but has what I guess is water retention around the belly button area and lower back. She does cardio and is refraining from eating junk all day. She has a very healthy appetite and refuses to starve herself (thank God). She loves grean beans in a can. She wants to know if she eats grean beans during the day when she is hungry instead of pizza or something else, will that be good for her figure? Remember she is not fat she just is holding some water or "hard to lose fat" in the usual places women get it and wants to get rid of it.
