Well, I can't drink the shit I brought for my morning shake. I bought some strawberry pie filling type stuff to mix in with my Vanilla protein shake. Nasty. I was hoping I could use this canned stuff instead of fresh strawberries because they go bad too fast.
The best combo I've found so far is Vanilla protein powder, 2 tablespoons of crushed pineapple and 1/2 a banana.
What are your recipes?
