It's only been a month though. We'll see how he handles it. If he doesn't handle it well, I'm calling up this Ingleburt dude who is 45 and smells like ass that wanted to rent the other room. I guess I still feel like tyranny is an option - I don't feel like I'm at anyone's mercy particularly. I would prefer to do it without terminating my friendship with my best friend though. Keep a level-head and all that. Patience is a virtue.

I was so fucking worked up yesterday in the first place, I should get a medal for controlling myself last night.
