A New Way to Slow Abortions.

How about if a woman ever has an abortion her and her sperm donor will be permantly fixed for life. This will help end unwanted pregnancies.

I mean because if people knew they were going to lose their right to have children they would take every percaution imaginable to prevent having an unwanted pregnacy. And if they(the dumb irresponsible man and woman) are too stupid to do that would you want those people reproducing anyway? I mean it would probably increase intelligence in the gene pool.

It would also prevent more killing(abortions) of future Americans.
