How the hell do I get that annoying "Security Alert" pop up to quit showing up every time I go to any website?

whenever I go to different websites that green square popup in the middle of the screen talking about security certificates and horseshit, then click yes if its ok to go to the site even though the damn security certificate is expired or not confirmed or whatever the fuck. Just let me get on the interweb with out this thing coming up. How can I disable this popup???
