    I saw this exact thing happen on some stupid TV show. Someone doing some deadlifts breaks his leg, you can clearly hear the snap, gruesome.

    LIke Ive seen arm wrestler break their bones when pushing at a non moving object (opponents arm)

    I was thinking if I did a max BB curl strict if my forearm would snap?
    probably not but it was a thought.
