Has anyone taken it here? joe weider products have been around for a long time, their quality is decent and I would like give it a try, I had other brands of creatine before and just wonder what the consensus on their product line is.

It's nothing special. It's just a free form creatine monohydrate powder. It would be the exact same thing as any other supplement brands creatine monohydrate.

I personally use ancient strength from n2bm.com. It is a blend of creatine monohydrate, creatine HCL and creatine pyruvate. I like that it's in capsules. It makes dosing really simple. It's also super inexpensive. A 30 day supply is $15.

Nothing special about Weiders creatine - just creatine. So I would rather opt for either more economical alternatives, or choose something more complete, like the Ancient Strength, which has 3 kinds of creatine in it.

Creatine is cheap, safe, and effective. Just go with something that does not have sugar, caffeine, or fillers in it and you are all good.

Joe Weider or Ancient strength, pretty much both are good products.

But if we compare prices - the answer is obvious and I would go with muskate
