    when to take???

    i use a whey protein after every workout. I also use glutamine and creatine. I understand that i can't take both at once, so which one do i take before my workout, and which one do i take after. And also, why???

    With creatine timing doesn't really matter. Just get it in on daily basis and you're fine.

    With glutamine I'd split it throughout the day,. For instance upon waking, 30 mins prior to working out and after.

    Just take it daily and you wont have any issues.

    depends on who you ask

    some point to evidence that taking it before is best.. some say after.. some say before and after

    at the end of the day you are getting creatine from food too so if you supplement it then get it that way

    Creatine doesn't matter so theres that. Whey might have some benefits to use post workout

    Creatine doesn't matter whey protein post workout. If you do Casein or a blend it doesn't matter.

    My advice is to save your money and just eat real food. Protein powder is junk.
