Well right now I just started a cycle of 1Diol, 5Diol, while on Trib, using N-Large for protein, I take a muti vit each mourning, and carb fat burners, before I go to bed I take flax seed oil caps so I dont build up fat though the night.
makes me lean, not too lean, but still able to gain muscle.
