How many pills you take per day to help you get a great pump?

Look on the bottle, it seems like a lot. I can't remember, but off the top of my head, I think it said 8. 4 twice daily. I was just about to ask if anyone in here was using it. Someone asked me about it the other day, and I told them that I don't really put much stock in shit like that. Especially for $80 a bottle. Then a few hours later, I ran in a friend of mine whom I really respect and he had a bottle of it. Does anyone have any info on it?

Use at least 3 grams per day with lots of water. Avoid any ephedrine based prodcuts while supplementing Arginine. Could counteract some of the vasodiolation effects.
