Sorry, but I didn't read the article in its entirety. I hope its ok to still make comments about NADH.

I've tried NADH and I can't say anything bad about it. It may have had an effect-I was taking 10 mg doses for a couple days. The problem is its price-it is very expensive. Its something that I am interested in trying in high doses for an ample time period, but I just can't afford it right now.

yeah, it is a little high in price, but I do like the clarity it gives.
10 to 30 mg a day. I only use it when I have to study for exams
or test days.
