i tried it,,its pretty good(tastes like shit though,,disgusting lemon flavor)...i still like the high sugar containing creatines(phosphagen hp,,,shit like that)

i have been mixing TRAC with isopure protein after workouts and it may have given me a pound or two, i think the taste is better than others..then again i mix it with vanilla isopure,frozen strawberries.
