whats a good fatburn that curbs appetite?

i to kill appetite cause i want to lower carbs and its so hard,protein will always be high but i just wanna curb appetite so i wont have the urge to binge on carbs

When you crave carbs - drink water (and then drink MORE water)....sometimes that will help.

Otherwise, norephedrine is apparentely quite effective as an appetite suppressant....
