Another good one: 7 sprints, 5sets closegrip,5sets skull crushers, 5 sets pushdowns, 5 sets straightbar curls, 5 sets dumbell curls, 5 sets millitary press. LOL I was using 135lbsx10 on the military presses after all the arm workout. I'm fucking pumped to the hilt.
