The main take home point of the video is that you need to remember that all these supplement companies are businesses first and foremost. It doesn't make sense for them to give you a penny unless they are benefiting from you in some way. You always need to think about ways that the sponsorship they give you can in turn benefit the supplement company. It's no different then hiring an employee. No one is going to you free supplements just for looking good.
Some ways you can benefit the company are to:
1. Write articles and product write ups for their website
2. Do produce demos
3. Create content for their social media outlets
4. Help with customer emails and promotions
