Tb-500 vs IGF-1 LR3

This is just an opinion question for everybody. Thought everyone would like this? Which peptide do you think is more effective in aiding to build quality muscle, injury recovery, improvement in endurance and performance, loss of body fat and overall body strength, "Tb-500 or IGF-1 LR3"? It can be from personal experience, from knowing someone who has personal experience or from just reading and researching. Thanks for comments in advance. If you have another peptide that you want to add in the discussion that you feel fit these qualities better please feel free to do so.

If your trying to kill 2 birds with one stone Id go with tb. The reason is Igf will pack on mass which I feel will hinder endurance. But with size comes strength and it does a good job at that too. But tb can increase endurance and strength without the mass that igf brings so Id go with it. Not that you cant gain lean mass on it, but ifg will pack it on.
