Possible alternative aromatase inhibitors and anti-estrogens.

The other day I was reading a journal from the Department of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics, School of Medicine, University of Maryland about new drugs to combat estrogen. They seemed of great interrest to me because of their possible use for AS users. Formestane and Examestane, the two drugs, were approved in the U.S. for use in breast cancer patients in 1999. Does anyone know anything about these drugs? I thought I'd send this info out hopeing that a few of you would find time to research these drugs even farther. Please let me and the board know anything you find out.
