Locations for injection?

Where is the best place to inject test enan,and is it painful like a booster shot when injected in the glutes?

glutes, hamstrings, triceps, delts, quads...all of those work fine.

your probably gonna have to use all of them if your hurting that bad...I rotate...quad..glute...calf...never did a hammy inj...
