I just finished a 10 week test, dbol, deca cycle and am hitting up the ancillaries on Mon. I gained 22lbs and want to continue. So how long should I wait to start my next to see similar results?
I know that the time on = time off, like it said before in this post. But is there anything negative about finishing a cycle, taking your anti-e's, and when done with that starting another cycle? I'm a newbie and on my first cycle (only a week into it) and was just curious about that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here is the deal. When you are using anabolics you are stressing your body-no 2 ways about it. The supraphysical hormone levels that you create in your body by using AAS are taxing on the liver kidneys and they also have other sides which can be unique to the drug. Generally you are replcing your natural hormone production by using anabolics. Extended use of anabolics will cause your body to drastically reduce down natural production or 'could' shut down natural production-this could come from years of continuous usage. Many months of continuous usage probably won't lead to a shutdown, but will reduce your natural levels and delay recovery of your body's normal natural production. The longer you stay on the longer it will take the 'boys' to recover. And at some point you want to return to natural hormone function.
At some point you want to stop altogether and allow your body some time off. Your CNS will appreciate and your other systems will need to return to normal function. Will you lose some gains? Of course. But your body will thank you.
Every body is different and some can deal with high doses for long periods. But really repaeted cycles longer than 4 months are probably bad for anyone. The pros are not healthy at all-they look great but they have very complex health problems. A couple cycles a year, properly planned out and researched, should be fine especially if allow appropriate recovery. Remember long term steriod use, or its effects late in life, have never really been studied. The scientific community doesn't really know what, if any, physiological problems you will encounter. Psychologically the effects of AAS use can be addicting-AAS works great! So try not to get caught up in constant use. Take a nice break. In the long run your gains may be better if you take a long break.
