Estrogen and prolactin good ad dr sad I don't have gyno yet I clearly do

Just had prolacting and estrogen checked and it's good, I have gained weight I'm around 215lbs like 20 per net body fat and for the longest time I've had chubby nipples and now I have like crowning an when I tough my nipples they lactate clear liquid...

Last cycle was like 6 months ago and my dr says its from mammary sensitivity or something and if I lose weight ill get better, my question is would prami letro and Adex do anything if my estrogen and prolactin is at a normal level?
