GaryWary why do you take insoitol? I take a supp with large amounts of it to help to protect my liver.

That will be inositol hex-phospahte (IP6) - believed to be the most potent anti-cancer nutirient. It is found in vegetables....

IP6 converts to inositol, unless you 'abuse' (a relative term) caffeine/ephedrine, in which case you destroy the enzyme required for conversion.

The only OTC supps I've ever found value in are:

Protein
Creatine
Glutamine
Multi V/M
ECA's and the likes

This is excluding things like liver and kidney protectants and the likes while "on".
