We do this in football and i know that the wrestling team does it too...

take a position like the crab walk, then put your head down and release your arms. Stay there as long as you can... then flip around so your chest is facing the floor, stay arched and put your head down.

I know guys who can hold it for like 5 minutes a side and they have huge necks. If your traps are good, you should get pretty good quite fast.

When i wa sin school i wrestled and my neck would get sorew nomatter how much i worked it, if i grapple someone now, (my friends still do jujitsu i am done with it)my neck hurts and mine is almost 20inches. But i used to take an intertube different sizes hold it in my mouth, behind my head, on top of my head and i would step back to get tension then move my head in different directions. and that will make it stronger. My neck size now i think has to do with heavy daedliftin and partials. But the tube will at least make it stronger.

nothing gives off the impresion of power more than a beefy neck.
a most effective exercise taught to me by a strenghth coach is quite simple yet extremely effective.simply lay back against
a wall supported only by your neck hold this position for several minutes or until you cant any longer repeat this 6 times.do this
3 times a week and youll see thickness along with overall body strenghth pretty dramaticly
..good luck bro

We had a neck machine. Two sided back front / side to side. It had car shocks on it and you worked againt the shock. The harder you worked the harder the shocks worked. It built your neck!
Get on the mat and start downing spins. Never let any part of your body touch except you head and feet. Its tuff you'll need your arms at first.

Spins - posteed on your forehead and try and role your body around to the back of your head. So you kick a leg to the side and role the rest of your body with it. Now you on your back and your feet. Flip to the front.

Good luck
