O.K. here goes, I need a good routine for biceps that I would see definite results in two weeks or so. I've been doing the basic arm routine like straight barbell and dumbell but am willing to try different variation like on the cable or any new free weight technique. Flex on this.

whats the rush? the girlfriend coming in from sleep away college?
j/k bro.if you want to see results in 2 weeks i hope your new to bb(sounds like you are).but its pretty tough to make em grow noticebly in two weeks.
i could however give you some tips that may help you out.
#1 squat heavy, deadlift heavy..
the big major lifts are the most effective mass builders,but the thing is the human body doesnt want to put on alot of mass in one localized area.therefore the body will spread it out evenly.GUESS WHAT? your arms will grow.aint that sumding
#2 an inch on the arms is about 15lb of bodyweight overall so make sure not to miss your slim fast k.
#3 try the one day arm cure,its already posted on the board under "an inch on your arms in 24 hrs"
#4 you can have some patience and put in the hard work and slowly but surely see the gains you soooo desire..

I appreciate the advice SourJerk and denitely will take your wisdom into consideration, but just for the recork I have been lifting for the past 15yrs of my life, I just wanted some new ideas so I can incorporate them with my exercise because I usually mix up my routines so they don't become redundant. So once again I thank you for your wisdom and no my girlfriend ain't coming over because I am very married. Thanks and Flex on this.

power lift. try the clean and jerk along with deads. that will stress your whole freakin body and will put on size all over along with norm training. if you have been working out for 15 years you should know that there is no two week to 23 inch guns type of program. all that you can do is shock and wait.

FR, try 21's they give you an awesome pump and push your bi's to the limit.

7 curls halfway from bottom
7 curls halfway from middle
then complete it with 7 full bicep curls all the way down then up.

If you train with a partner, use the "you go, i go" thing. Just go to failure and hand the bar to your pal... then he goes to failure and hands you the bar. Repeat until you cant do 1 rep. Im not sure how it is for growth, but i get an excellent pump

Or you can get crazy and inject some of the "posing oil" into your arms!! That'll pump them up! But I'd rather do it the natural way when ever posible. I'm still trying to get my guns over 18"! It all takes time!

If you've been lifting for 15 years, you are not going to find a 'magic' program that will make a difference in 2 weeks.

(Unless you've been using a completely unproductive routine for the last 15 years...)

trY HIGH REPS LIKE 18 FOR THE FIRST WEEK THEN THE SECOND WEEK 12 REPS FOR THE THIRD WEEK TRY 6 REPS AND THE FOURTH WEEK TRY 12 REPS AGAIN THREE EXERCISES 3 SETS EACH EXCERSISE
