HEEEEEELLLLLPPPPPPPP.I was doing dips and felt a little tear and pulling sensation in the center of my chest area,now today it hurts like a bitch.....any advice?to help the healing process.....Thanks...Chino

If it is a torn pec muscle, the key will be not to aggrivate it any more until it heals. Depending on how severe the tear is it could be a week or two before it feels better. Just do not try to do chest exercises again until all pain is gone otherwise you could tear the muscle even further.
