Ive been training with mike mentzers HEAVY DUTY style of training. I must say mentzers theories are valid. He does have the knowledge that is very valuable and I have trained his way for two years making progress that I only dreamed possible. However I beleive that he is an extreme capitalist trying to make money out of his knowledge instead of sharing it like an honorable person. Stop me if Im wrong but a wise and decent man would share his ideas and be respected by many. That is why many people think he is a scam or con artist. I have been to many boards and I see people post topics or replies on how mentzer is a guy that tries to scam people out of there money. I couldnt agree more. But I beleive that mentzer is a guy that knows what he is talking about. He needs to share his knowledge and give advice adequately. I have many times emailed him on questions about training and had him try to convince me to do his pricy phone consultation if he replies at all. He is making a business out of his wisdom and finally I ask you all do you agree with what he is doing?

As with anything, all good things come to an end. Mentzer's Heavy Duty idea (actually, not really his) worked wonders for me, at least for a while. I believe the trick is to not do anything for too long, otherwise you will stop seeing results.
The main problem with Mentzer is that the man has a bit of a mental problem. He takes this objectivism thing way too far. The Heavy Duty idea would be better accepted if were not such a psychopath.

Nothings wrong with Heavy Duty but itrs not the only way. He takes it on like a religion like Arthur Jones did. Arnold was better than him in 80 also.
