Yes... I began too soon after supper and I was doing bench press. I could feel the puke rolling up my throat, so I rushed to the porcelain.

I have a couple of times, but nothing real bad. Usually I can control it enough so nothing actually comes up. It's only been during some heavy duty leg workouts. Strip sets on squats or doing stiff legged deadlifts right after does it to me everytime.

Every leg workout you should be on the verge of puking. I have never met a serious athlete who has not thrown up or been on the verge many times.

ive been there to many ttimes gotta run all the way tp the back of the gym to the change room to barf to,some kid puked right in the gym all over the power rack on day

Nausea durring a workout is often caused by low blood sugar and lactic acid build-up. Try carb drinks while you squat....but yes several times

I once loaded a bar with 315#, and cranked out 32 reps on the squat. CHUNDER CITY. The funny thing is that no one at my gym saw anything unsual in this.
