I'll be going away next week and I just recently took 5 days off cause i went camping. I'd like to have some sort of routine while I'm gone just to keep me goin'. Should I do stuff like push ups and sit ups, or just do a bunch of cardio. I'm open to anything. THX.

I would do a lot of push ups with different hand positions. Take a run every morning too.

It's a good chance to take a rest. Just relax for a while.

Bah!

Take an active rest, and enjoy yourself.

Do some hiking, maybe some trail running, swimming, biking, etc.
