Hello.

Im a 16 year old male.

Im currently at at about 17 % bf.

Im going on a low carb, high protein diet, and I will be lifting 4 days a week, and doing a little cardio in between, and I also play football.

I will be supplementing with Creatine and Protein.

I was wondering how much of a bf% drop would I expect in a month?

Everyone is different so I don't think anyone can give you the exact answer you're looking for. Sounds like you should've started earlier and given yourself more time to prepare for those doubles coming up in August. Good luck and just stick with it and be happy with any results.

It just sounded like you were trying to get ready for football and when I used to play the most grueling practices where doubles in August which is what we used to call them I heard them referred to as 2 a days also. It was just an assumption on my part.

If your schedule permits, I'd recomend doing high intensity cardio first thing in the morning on an emptey stomach for about 20-40 minutes. This is the fastest and best way that I know of to get the bf% lower naturally.

Peace
