thanx for the advise, and i know what you are talking about, when you say, i have to train everything else, if want my chest to stay balanced...i will fix my routine, so that i train everything....but i want to still train chest 2x per week..because i feel i have the type of chest, that can handle 2x per week, between a 72-96 hour period of recover, but different angle each time wiht a routine like this..

monday: incline press..3 sets..6-10 reps
incline fly..2 sets...8-12 reps

tuesday: legs
wed ff
thurs: back and bis

friday..flat press...3 sets..6-10 reps
flat fly...2 sets...6-10 reps.

the only reason im not doing shoulders, or tris is because, they are getting a lot of stimulation...but i will be doing this routine for 4-6 weeks...just to get my chest going, then i will switch to a regular routine(giving chest rest)..i will be eating bulking but good food....what can you say?

are you a mentzer follower ?
your workouts are lacking volume i think your chest is lacking because your just not
hitting it hard chest is a big muscle it needs atleast 12 sets a workout increse to 4 exercises 3 sets each or 3 exercises 4-5 sets each..dont worry about overtraining at your age your test is high with the right training and diet you can build an awesome body!!
