At the moment here is my routine let me know how to make it better. I'm most concerned with the amount of reps i do. I work my chest and tri's tuesday and saturday. I do flat bench 4 sets of 5 or 6. Then incline dumbell press 3 sets of 5. Then cable flys, and weighted dips. Let me know if i should do a pyramid. Maybe 7-5-3, or 7-5-5, or 7-5-5-3, or 5-5-3, or just keep lifting real heavy 5-5-5. Please let me know

I think I would start off on the incline bench first. You should do 1 or 2 warm ups and then go for something you can just get 4 sets of 7 reps. I think 7 reps is an all around good number for chest. After that I would go to DB flat bench with a weight you can get 9 to 11 reps with for another 4 sets. Then you could go to flat bench bar and go for 2 sets of six. Then if you feel like it do 2 sets of flyes for 9 to 11 reps. The big key is to make sure of your form. Slow and controled movement.

I kinda agree with Hotblood, except I would hit the flys instead of the flat bar press. Do 3 heavy sets of 8-10 reps on those.
