I've always had a good squat. I love them. What's better though, reps or heavy weight. I can blow 315 out for a few sets of 15 reps. Is that too many? Should I load the bar and go heavy?

To The Canadian Oak. What cadence is best? Should I pause at the bottom, or explode right back up? I mix up with both styles right now.

you need variety bro,mix it up between a week of heavy and a week of high reps, you should also cycle your form, wide stance and narrow stance...
you can even cycle the rep speed between exploding on the way up the coming up in a more controlled manner..
variety is key.

Yeah,I agree with sourjerk.Mix it up.For years I only squatted heavy with 12 rep max's.I'll tell you there's a lot of good from those 25 rep sets now and then.
I wish I knew then what I know now.
