I have just recently begun to train and get into bodybuilding, i was very much overweight and now managed to kick off about 30 lbs, leaving me in decent shape. I have had a problem all my life with a saggy chest aka "bitch tits", I am worried that workin out my chest too much will INCREASE this problem, how can i flatten out my chest? any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated

If you train your chest through weight training, the "bitch tits" should go away by turning to muscle.

I agree with Rexie......if you train your chest with weights....it will gain muscles and lose fat...your chest won't get flat (why would you want that?) but it'll get firmer and less saggy and eventually if you keep up the cardio it will be entirely muscle.

Working your chest will only help it shouldn't make it worse.

What you need to get rid of the tits are:
Proper diet
Cardio
Weightraining
patients
It'll come off but it takes time, your genetics may be that you store more fat in your chest, mine is my lower back, just keep working at it.

fat is fat, you can't convert it to muscle. you can grow all the muscle you want in your chest, if you don't lose the fat, you'll still look like you have bitch tits. so go on a good diet, low carb, high protein, and lots of cardio...
