I could be wrong, but I think you could do a few more sets for shoulders and back.

Hotblood your are not wrong at all.

Some body-parts react better to higher reps.

Give Cacrot some more time and he will figure that out.

Oddly, max o-t is probally perfect for gear.
Depending on the gear. If its test. and you want to bulk its excellent.

Its 12 weeks long, basic compound movements. Perfect for a cycle.

of course you can do more sets for shoulders and back. i just don't think it is necessary. so dgreenhill, naturals shouldn't be using big compound lifts? i have to disagree.

Sorry cackerot to offend you so badly.

Still , I never said that "naturals" shouldn't use compound movements. Contrary to what Ast-the ultimite in body-building- states is I think one can grow on more higher reps.

5 days a week is usually too much for natural body-builders like yourself.

Shoulders and back are a hugh part in bench press. If you do not have a good foundation to lay on you can't put up the weight. Also, if the delts are not strong enough it will be harder to stabilize the weight.

Just my opinion though, but I would have to agree with davidg too.

i know poeple can grow on higher rep sets. i have had my best results i the 4-8 range, so i recomend that to most poeple. your right, i don't have much knowledge when it comes to AS, becuase i have no plans of using in the near future so it doesn't interest me. diet and training is all i need at this point to get big. by the way...Serial Joe is going to kick your ass!

Dude...just chill man. Cackerot you have to stop being so defensive and lashing out. You'll get a bad rep in no time flat (or everyone will figure you can't handle your juice!). Just chill man...be one with the iron...

Dudeman,

I hope this helps. I personally try to get in about a month in on powerlifting workouts.

Sometimes doing one set heavy bench, squats, dead lifts three times a week.

Doing one set of the heavyiest squats seems to shock my system into growing.

I like it MM. It's similar to mine except I superset arms and put calves with chest. That way I have more energy for them and can really pound 'em.

yeah im gonna do some changes to it when i start it in a week or so..this is the one i used last year.

i want to do some forearm work on back day. nothing gancy, but just burn the crisp outta them.

i also need to move my calf work to another day, when im done with hams/quads i got nothing left.
