I love using cables. Great shoulder workout today with them. This really has no point, just thought I would share my joy for cables with everyone.

Its cool because they can work in ways free weights can't, however the same goes for free weights. I like both though I like cables better for back and tris.

Yeah cables are pretty cool. My favorite exersize with cables are tricep pressdowns and cable rows. Thats about all I do with cables. I don't really find them useful for anything else.

I too like cable for certain things like some triceps and some back exercises. However they just don't quite cut it when it comes to any kind of curling movements as free weights do.

Keep using cables i guess the mass fairy won't be visiting you! Use your remaining energy at the end of your workouts to do movements that are more compound and you WILL see results.
