This is stupid, but, Does that mean your body will use up the protein quicker? I wasn't sure where to ask this question. I know that your body can absorb 25-30gms of protein per feeding and am curious to know if you're sore from the previous day will it absorb more because you're rebuilding? IP: Logged |

I just making a guess here, but I would believe that your body would be "hungrier" when it needs to recover. Plus, I don't believe that 25-30g stuff. A while back I read where that idea supposedly arose and it's source seemed quite dubious, at best. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Good question. I am not sure, but I feel as though it would, or at least use it better. IP: Logged |
