do alot of power cleans dead lifts squats and build a good upper body for power so regular upper body and do a power lifter routine for legs

You want to work on explosive strength because this will carry over onto the field nicely. I wouldn't waste my time on working those beach muscles like biceps.

What part of your cycle will you be on??
Off Season/Early season-Hypertrophy/Stabilizer training
Pre season/In season-Sport specific training
In season-plyometrics/endurance
