Work em once a week really damn hard so it burns. And every two to four weeks switch around the exercises. Use lots of variety and heavy weights.

Variety is the key to growth so change your chest routine ftrquently and this will shock the muscle. I think you need to hit your chest twice a week.

"Large & ........" I agree with you, I have been doing some homework and resurch, 2 x per week will do the trick. Day 1 & 5 of the week, I will support the rest of my body with light weights, high reps and cardio 4 x p/w. I always been into cardio. I like to thank everyone who tried to help me. Lets all now get RIPPED and stay healthy.

I agree with ethertek. If you don't already do them, try doing dips. I like to use this thing for seated dips where i put my hands on the bars then rest my feet on a bench. I do about 3 sets of 10 to 12 really slow. Do them til your shoulders start caving in towards your chest and your chest feels like its gonna explode, be sure not to hurt yourself. Sometimes i will feel slight soreness in my shoulders the next day so be careful. Also you should do an all dumbell chest routine....like instead of barbell bench do dumbell chest press, etc. Oh yeah, also do pecdeck flyes those are always good.

I use to hit the bench once out of seven days. I had gains at first like everyone else would of had. Then things slowed to a stop. I started to hit it 2x a week and that was the key for me at least. I do not have a heavy day and then a light day like other people do. I tried it though, but it just didn't work for me. I have two heavy days. I try to get just one more rep every time I walk in the gym.
