I don't know about most people here, but I'm 16 years old. I probably won't get much taller but I'm wondering if by getting older, I'll get stronger. I'm quite strong compared to any other 16 year olds I know, but will I gain anymore natural strength? If anyone could shed some light on this, it would be greatly appreciated.THNX.

You'll probably get stronger as long as you lift, but once ya hit a certain age it'll go.

I believe, on average, strength peaks around the age of 35.

yes, you will get stronger as your age increases. Most elite athletes, no matter what the sport are in their late 20's early 30's, you have a way to go.
