I don't know about most people here, but I'm 16 years old. I probably won't get much taller but I'm wondering if by getting older, I'll get stronger. I'm quite strong compared to any other 16 year olds I know, but will I gain anymore natural strength? If anyone could shed some light on this, it would be greatly appreciated.THNX. IP: Logged |

You'll probably get stronger as long as you lift, but once ya hit a certain age it'll go. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I believe, on average, strength peaks around the age of 35. IP: Logged |

yes, you will get stronger as your age increases. Most elite athletes, no matter what the sport are in their late 20's early 30's, you have a way to go. IP: Logged |

your muscles will fully develop when you are around 25 and will stay strong till your around 50 and then will start to deteriorate. IP: Logged |
