I have body fat which is considered a bit above average but my problem is that i seem to have more fat on my right side (my dominent side). There are slight differences in the oblique and lat areas. Is this normal? How can I change it? IP: Logged |

Thats a good one,i've never heard of that before. It doesn't make sense, why would the side of your body you use most, carry the most bodyfat.I think your'e just being a bit paronoid there, or possible your muscle mass is slightly greater on your dominant side, making it appear as if your carrying more fat there. If it were muscle, it would definately be undeveloped by the feel of it. My left side is also more sinewy(tendons and veins) and ribs are more easily available. But if it is muscle, then what's my solution? IP: Logged |

Loose the "above average" fat and it will most likely just even it's self out. No worries mate, just get back to training. IP: Logged |
