The classic: High Volume 6 days on 1 off. Monday/Thursday= chest/back Tuesday/Friday= Legs Wednesday/Saturady= Delts/Arms

well i guess we have all heard the stuff about pros not needing to train much because of all the drugs, but i think that is horseshit. if yu wanna grow, u have to train. I prefer the Yates split. 2 days on, 1 day of..continually. But ive done them all. no days of, 1 day of, weekend of. and the 2-1 is the best one so far i have to say. as to the splits, i prefer the last one you posted. the first one i just cant go thru with..chest and back on the same day? no way, maybe if you ARE on drugs yo have the energy for it. but i know that i wouldnt have gotten past the first back exercise before id pass out. ------------------ http://home.sol.no/~mrmuscle/ IP: Logged |
