In need of a new trainig split or some suggestions to gain about 10 pounds of muscle, I eat well but have seem to hit a wall in the gym, need to mix up my traing any suggestions? IP: Logged |

Have you tried HIT? It might work for you. People have known to have gained 20-30 pounds of muscle in 7 months using HIT (High Intensity Training). I recommend supplementing with a protein powder (A blend of proteins), creatine with added carbs (Dextrose), glutamine. This is always a good protein stack. I like supplements from Met-rx. Protein Plus (it also has 9 grams of glutamine per serving), Mass Action (Micronized Creatine with HMB, Taurine, Dextrose). I prefer Pro Fusion, but it costs too much. Good luck. IP: Logged |
