The chest gap is probably genetic. There isn't too much you can do about it. But you can make it less noticable by building mass. Don't use any isolation exercises, just do compound movements: Bench Presses. IP: Logged |

Gowzer take it from a guy who suffers from the same problem as you, it is difficult to get rid of but you can improve it. What you do is you get on the pec dec at your gym and do it one arm at a time. The thing you want to focus on is getting your arm past the midline of your body. This will cause your inner pec to contract and then grow. give it a shot what have you got to lose. Good luck. IP: Logged |

Edgecrusher i totally agree- doing 1 arm at a time on the pec deck did wonders for my inner chest and i think everyone should give it a shot. No other types of flys feel as good while you are doing them as these but dont forget to go past the midline of the body as edge said. IP: Logged |

I was like that, kind of wide between the pecs. I just stuck at building them up and they eventually got big enough to fill in.
