you know what?? I'm gonna be totally honest with you guys when I say that I do not have the motivation to eat 7-8 melas a day to gain size. I work out religiously about 4 days a week and I stick to basic movements and high intensity. I just wanted to know if I could make godd gains with high calorie weight gainers and just 2-3 helathy meals a day? I just don't have the time to prepare all those healthy meals. I wanna gain fast though without roids. You must be able to gain without eating 5-6 meals a day. Guys have been gaining for centuries and had no clue about these fad diets. Any advice would be deeply appreciated.

Well, lately I've began to eat like a horse to try to gain. I'm eating about 6 meals a day and probably injesting about 3500 calories, which is more than I normally eat (3500 is hard enough!) About the weight gaining, I'm really not sure about the effectiveness of those. Some say they work, some say they will make you fat, which I tend to believe due to the large amount of carbs, that, if they are not used will just be stored as fat. Right now for my meals, I eat about 4 solid meals a day and 2-3 meal replacements. I suggest getting a quality mrp, cause they are quick, easy and have a high amount of protein. Just eat as much as you can of high protein, quality foods, and try a good mrp and you should gain.

Those meals can be MRP's also, just so long as they are not the core input of food. I use weight gainers SPARINGLY to help out with calorie intake on some days when I can't get to eating alot during the day. They should not become a "dependancy" for good sound nutrition. One tablespoon of Flax oil added to your MRP will add at least 120 more calories to your daily total and offer other benifits as well.

Eating 6-8 meals is difficult when you work. I eat 4 meals (8am, 12pm, 4pm, 7pm) and take 3 protein shakes in between. Shakes are easy make at work or take them work in a container (or even buy the protein bars). The idea is to it small meals then you don't get to bloated. You have to feed your muscles with protein otherwise they won't grow. Make sure you are eating 1-1.5 grams of protein per llb of bodyweight.

the way to do it is to eat maybe 4 meals, and 2-3 meals that consists of meal replacments shakes/protein shakes/meal replacment bars.

I personally eat 7 meals a day where 3 are meals with shakes. i get 5000 calories a day..im 6'2, 233pounds and drug free...so i must be doing sumthing right
