I am trying a new strategy. I am taking six months to diet down to contest shape. I have 300gms protein a day, 50gms of fat and less than 100gms of low glycemic carbs. I lift as heavy or heavier when trying to gain size and do cardio 6-7 days a week. Every three weeks or so I loosen up on the carbs and fat while maintaining cardio and Xenedrine 3-4 times a day (servings) to help keep the metabolism up. Then by the 5th or 6th day I resume the diet.

I will start winny in March for three months. Maybe halo now and then to keep motivation.

Hope to be 200lbf by June and at 4% or less body fat.

Any thoughts appreciated

Chesty

Carbs need to be higher. 300g at least.
Remember, carbs don't make you fat, Overeating makes you fat.
Using the "V" for the last three months is a great idea, but you need something in between. Also it is a good idea to diet and do cardio 5 1/2 days a week, the other 1 1/2 eat what you want. Pizza and hamburgers make you fill out from the weekly cardio/diet routine.
