Hey Guys i just wanted to ask you if somebody knows of something that can makes me grow just a few inches,a suplement,exercise some hormone...I just became 18 and my size make really get depressed.Please help me.Can growth hormone help or some exercise,or dietary suplement that can stimulate height. My size is 66 inches and i dont mean i want a miracle i just want a few inches. Thank you and help me��� IP: Logged |

hgh Will make you taller IF your epiphisis are not sealed.the epiphisis are at the ends of your bones on en X-ray they look like cracks in the bone. Only a doctor can tell you , due to your age it may be too late . PS this is the reason that hgh was brought to the market,to help short people grow taller, not to make bodybuilders bigger IP: Logged |

go with gh or igf 1 but beware, if the ends of the bones have not fused, you will grow a little but your face, hands, and feet will grow also, ever see pictures of those russians from back in the 20s and 30s who were experimented on with drugs like these, their face bobes grew and they looked like frankenstien.
by the way, im 5'6 at 200 lbs and theres nothing i can do about it so i accept it. i dont mean to brag but i am a chick magnet so i dont think you have to worry about it... styles IP: Logged |

talk to a doctor hgh therapy is pretty commonly used for people a little shorter than you so it probably wont be to hard to concivne the doc that you fall within the candidate parameters. However DEEP SQUAT is right if the ends of your bones have closed you pretty much out of luck. A doctor can determine this using an xray or MRI. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Bro, don't worry about being short. I'm 5 4 and 180. Be secure about yourself. At 18 it bothered me, but now at 23, it really doesn't matter. Just keep lifting and growing muscularly. Some chicks really like shorter guys with big muscles. Don't worry bro, just control what you can and height isn't something that we have much control over. IP: Logged |

Thanks guys I thought boys grew until 20 years with a slower growth than in the puberty but after all is growth.I know that about the bones but i thought the growth hormone could make them open or something like that.Anyway what im going to try is doing much exercise,eat in the right way and pray.Another thing i have heard about a growth hormone in spry thats in internet.
