I don't want to sound like a ass ,but some of U guys should invest into some good books on gear. I have been lifting for 10yrs, Iam 44 and my healtk is more inportant to me than just getting BIG to inflate my ego.All Iam saying is before you get on boards and ask strange people questions ,do some research on your own. Yeah the WAR is OK- a little outdated and certainly not comprehensive- with quite a bit being actually dead wrong- but on the other hand it is a good platform to begin with- but it is certainly not as good as it should be. I agree, sort of...my first info on AS was the steroid bible..I read that fucker about a hundred times.....but now all you have to do is search a web browser under "steroids" and you get more info than you know what to do with. IP: Logged |

I beleive that the internet is very helpful. Books are very good also, but you need old info and new to help you make your own decision on what you want, to work for you, the way you want it too. I have Anabolic Reference Guide(6th Issue), World Anabolic Review 1996, Physical Enhancement with an Edge, and Anabolic Advantage. I could not tell you how many times that I have read them. When I read something on the internet I check what was said with what I know, and what the latest is. But, I still have learned more from these discussion boards. They are the greatest!!! Don't get me wrong guys about the dam good info on the boards. I'am talking about the people that want every body else to do the research for them. See I have been reading for a year before I decided to type anything on here.Also ther is alot of good questions and also good into MY RESPECT TO THE GUYS THAT KNOW WHAT THEIR TALKING ABOUT . have a good day.
